Come and Play the Natural Way
There is nothing like the feeling you get when your horse comes willingly over to you in the pasture because they want to play with you.   Our friend Lynn Cassels Caldwell of www.horsephotos.ca captured this moment with me and my Belgian cross mare, Laney, as she trotted up to me in the field. She used it to design our new 'partnership logo' which we now use extensively in all our advertising and promotional material because it represents what is the most astounding thing to us about natural horsemanship, the partnership and relationship that develops between you and your horse when you have a true understanding of his nature and you learn how to interact with her on her terms.

I hope you will want to continue your journey into the world of natural horsemanship.  Simply click on the horse's eye to continue your journey.

I first read Black Beauty by Anna Sewell when I was 10 years old.  I knew then that I loved horses and I was going to save all the troubled horses of the world.  But the dreams of childhood don't often come true.  It was 40 years later I finally realized my dream of having my own horse.  I soon discovered that it takes more than inspiration to save a horse and to have that special relationship I was looking  for.  It was many years of falls, kicks and concussions before my brains finally kicked in and I began to search for something better.  I found that something in natural horsemanship and I will be forever grateful to Pat and Linda Parelli (Parelli.com) for opening my mind and my heart to the real possibilities of playing horses.
